What to expect
Your evaluation is thorough and unhurried. Dr. Noh reviews your history and symptoms, performs advanced imaging and tear-film testing, identifies the underlying cause of your dry eye, and builds a treatment plan tailored to you, explained clearly, every step of the way.
Getting ready for your visit
New Patient Information
Arrive a few minutes early to complete intake. Bring your ID, insurance card, a list of current drops and medications, and any prior dry eye records or imaging.
Patient Forms
Downloadable intake and medical-history forms will live here, so you can complete them before your visit and save time in the office.
Insurance & Self-Pay
Coverage varies by plan and by treatment. Some diagnostics and therapies are covered; several advanced dry eye treatments are not routinely covered. We are always transparent about cost before any treatment.
